After graduating magna cum laude from Colgate University with degrees in psychology and education, Caroline fell into the world of recruiting and talent. Over the years, Caroline has worked with companies of varying sizes and industries, finding true passion in taking a people-first approach to talent.
Outside of her full-time job leading the Talent Acquisition team at a fast-growing financial technology startup, Caroline enjoys working with individuals throughout their job searches, helping people land jobs they love.
